Print This Page Geveran Trading Extends Agreement with MH
NORWAY - Geveran Trading has extended TRS agreements relating to 59 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA which had expiry 4 June 2009.
The new expiration of the TRS agreements is 7 July 2009. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 3,9135 per share.
Geveran Trading's ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is unchanged after the extension of the TRS agreements. Geveran Trading holds 1,099,632,775 shares equating to an ownership of 30.76 per cent of the outstanding shares.
In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with an underlying exposure to 80 million shares.
