Print This Page Marine Harvest ASA Sells 215, 700 Shares
NORWAY - Alvaro Jiminez, Managing Director of Marine Harvest Chile, acquired 215 700 shares in Marine Harvest ASA at NOK 4.23 per share on 14 August 2009.
The purchase was made through his partly owned company Seminario International.
Jimenez holds 90 per cent of the shares in Seminario International. After this purchase Seminario International holds 1 957 700 shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
