Print This Page Codfarmers ASA Sells 78,047 New Shares
NORWAY - Norwegian aquaculture company Codfarmers ASA said Monday a total 78,047 shares were sold in its rights issue.
In July 2009, Codfarmers sold 10 million new shares, priced NOK4 apiece in a private placement, which was to be followed by a rights issue of up to two million shares at the same subscription price.
The rights offering was targeted at shareholders who could not participate in the private placement.
