Schering-Plough Animal Health Names Haacke Marketing Manager, Global Aquaculture
Mr Haacke will be involved in all of the aspects of marketing management for Schering Plough Animal Health’s growing aquaculture business. He will be responsible for developing the marketing programs for the health products being introduced across Europe under the mutual recognition regulatory processes.
Prior to joining Schering-Plough Animal Health, Haacke spent over nine years in aquaculture sales and marketing, four of which with Eurosea developing international sales for farmed salmon. He spent five years as sales and Marketing Director at Pan Fish, one of the leading global salmon farming companies, where he developed the quality aspects of the brand to achieve rapid sales growth in European and Japanese markets.
Haacke holds a BSc Joint Honors degree in Geography and Computer Science from Keele University, UK, and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Business Administration at Surrey University, School of Management, also in the UK.
