This is up almost 40 per cent within three months and it is expected to continue to increase in response to rising prices of imports.
Some experts say the cause of the higher feed prices is due to inputs from imports which continue to rise.
Around 40 per cent of the component materials in aquatic food are currently imported.
Fish Feed Prices Will Continue to Increase
VIET NAM - Duong Ngoc Minh, President of the Freshwater Fish Commission, Association of Seafood Export and Processing of Vietnam (VASEP) estimates that fish feed prices will continue to increase until the end of the year.
