SENASA conducted training for the launch of four mobile units for monitoring and control of fishery products. These units allow the analysis of freshness in every moment of the production chain, from capture to the table.

The vehicles, which have generating equipment, connectivity to the grid and an area for laboratory testing, will tour the country's main ports for in situ analysis, saving time and effort in moving the samples to the control centers.

These tools will improve the control and hygiene of facilities for capture, cultivation and processing of fishery and aquaculture products, ensuring safe food for all consumers.
