MEXICO - The Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food, Francisco Mayorga Castaeda, said that one of the main aims is the construction of a more modern and competitive fisheries and aquaculture sector, in order to meet the growing demand for food for the Mexican population.
