Following on from the Salmon Farming Association meeting in Picton on Wednesday, 31 October, more than 30 people took to the water to see first-hand how NZKS produce their premium fish.

The group included representatives from fellow New Zealand salmon producers Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, High Country Salmon and Akaroa Salmon, as well as the Ministry for Primary Industries, TNL, NIWA and the Bank of New Zealand, along with representatives from feed companies Skretting, Ridley and Big Nutrition all from Australia.

Also on the tour was a very special guest, all the way from Scotland, Nick Joy, of Loch Duart salmon.
