The harbor has been constructed to accommodate more than 256 fishing boats. Douglas Devananda, Minister of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprises Development made an observation tour to the harbor recently and instructed the engineers in charge of construction work to quicken the constructions and make it one of the best in the island.
