"Novus embraces every opportunity it has to share the scientific research and information that is the foundation for the development of products and solutions that maximize efficiency and profitability at every stage in the aquaculture production chain."

Knowledge sharing is a key aspect of the organizational culture at Novus. "We're continually focusing on the needs of the animal and the understanding of our customer's value chain," noted Dr Gomes.

"We have invested extensive resources in the European marine fish industry. Through strategic partnerships with customers and research partners we have been able to achieve significant milestones in issues such as sea lice myxosporidia and enteritis."
