ISA Confirmed on New Brunswick Salmon Farm

CANADA - An outbreak of Infectious Salmon Anaemia (ISA) has been confirmed on a New Brunswick farm.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency confirmed that an outbreak occurred on an Atlantic salmon farm on 30 April.

Two other outbreaks were confirmed in the same area on the same day but these were confirmed as a strain of the virus that does not cause disease.
