The conference will take place on 12 November, from 9am to 3pm in the Colonnade Hotel in Boston, US, and will focus on health measures, laboratory management and practical economics.

There will be four presentations from professionals around the Zebrafish Industry on topics including: feed and laboratory management - these two inputs together contributing up to half of the operational costs of a typical zebrafish aquaculture facility.

How zebrafish cryopreservation protocols, which for the last two decades have produced inconsistent and unpredictable results, can benefit greatly by implementing cryopreservation in the systematic way the aquaculture sector dozes.

Fish Vet Group Inc’s David Marancik will be presenting on disease managements strategies to support total Zebrafish health; examining methods of enhancing disease detection and employing an evidence-based approach to disease management.

And finally on the evolution of Zebrafish housing systems. In the afternoon there will be an open forum discussion.

Sign up to the event can be found here: http://zebrafish.fishvetgroup.com/events/.

Registration and attendance is free and lunch will be provided on the day.
