Presenters are Tzachi Samocha, aquaculture consultant, and Andrew Ray, assistant professor in agriculture, food science and sustainable systems at Kentucky State University.

Topics include intensive shrimp raising practices, environmental regulation in shrimp production buildings and the economics of the shrimp industry. There will also be a question-and-answer session with the presenters.

Registration deadline is 20 January.

Cost is $50 for individuals, $75 for couples and $15 for students. Lunch is provided. Enrollment is limited.
