New Bursaries Available for Developing Your Career in Aquaculture07 April 2016
GLOBAL - The University of St Andrews has recently confirmed that the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission is providing 15 bursaries for the Postgraduate MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture to students from developing commonwealth countries.
The Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships can help students study for a Postgraduate MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture at one of the UK’s top-ranking universities without attending classes.
This gives students the opportunity for career improvement with a professional qualification while continuing to live and work in their home country, making the Sustainable Aquaculture courses an ideal fit.
As the postgraduate courses offered by the University of St Andrews and 5m Publishing are delivered online, they are globally accessible and both the course delivery and examinations are provided 100 per cent online offering flexibility to students, which few courses can offer.
The course covers topics such as; biology for aquaculture, welfare and ethics and local and global impacts of aquaculture, to name a few, giving students a broad knowledge of the industry.

In order to apply for a scholarship, applicants must hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1), but a lower qualification and sufficient relevant experience may be considered in some instances.
