The SeaRescue incorporates a number of useful features, such as a shoulder anchor point to hold a VHF radio or PLB, a zipped pouch for small tools, an inspection window to check the status of the gas cylinder and operating head, an easy to clean, hi-viz yellow pvc cover to protect the inflatable bladder, SOLAS reflective patches, grab loop, whistle and a fitting to hold an automatic flashing light, available as an optional extra.

The lifejacket is approved to ISO 12402-3 150N and uses a United Moulders Pro Mk2 operating head and one 33gms gas cylinder.

The lifejacket is one of a range of high quality flotation jackets and suits aimed at the commercial and industrial sectors.

This includes the award-winning Fishermen bib and braces oilskin trousers, with 50 Newtons of buoyancy built into the bibs, which holds the wearer upright in the water, giving excellent all-round visibility and allowing him/her to swim to safety and climb out from the water.

The full Regatta range is available from Aberdeen-based Don-Mor Safety, UK importer and distributor, and is on display at Aquaculture 2016 on stand, No 74.
