To serve its customers even better, the company is hiring several service technicians to work on feeding systems, cameras, Thermolicer and its other range of products.
As a part of the expansion process, Steinsvik is also moving into new and bigger facilities in Fort William. The property will contain both workshops for service and storage facilities in addition to offices for all our employees.
Export Manager in Steinsvik, Tor Henrik Haavik, says: “The UK market is a very important market for us and we see great interest in our range of products from all fish farming companies. After the acquisition of Ocea, we have a large customer base in both feeding systems and cameras, plus the interest for our Thermolicer has been high. We are expanding to meet the demands on service and to increase our presence in this important market”.
