ISA Suspected on Two Rødøy Salmon Farms

21 June 2016

NORWAY - An outbreak of infectious salmon anemia (ISA) is suspected on two farms in Rødøy municipality, Nordland county.

The farms, at sea site 22,796 Renga and 13124 Storstompan, are operated by Nova Sea AS and Marine Harvest AS, respectively.

Earlier in 2016 ISA was confirmed at four sites in the same area.

All who live in the area must show the necessary care so that the spread of disease is avoided.
