Print This Page Another accolade for Farmed Cod men
UK - Shetland cod growers No Catch has received another accolade for their pioneering and environmentally friendly aqua farming methods.This time the award comes from Friends of the Sea (FotS), the organisation that promotes products from sustainable fisheries and aquaculture.
Since its UK launch in May 2006, No Catch has won no less than nine awards for its groundbreaking environmental approach and the acclaimed taste of its cod. The company has also been commended by Greenpeace.
Karol Rzepkowski, managing director of Johnson Sustainable Seafoods, the producers of No Catch said: "We're delighted by this further recognition of the high standards applied in the production of No Catch...Just Cod and the move to help educate consumers about sourcing fish from sustainable stocks."
