Print This Page Oman to boost US fish exports
MUSCAT - The Gulf state of Oman will make a major bid to boost its fish exports to the United States, now fully exempted from customs duty following last year's FTA between the two countries, by taking part in one of North America's biggest marine products exhibition in Boston next month.
Five leading fish exporters from the Sultanate will participate in the International Boston Seafood Show from March 11 to 13.
The Oman Centre for Investment Promotion and Export Development (Ociped) in co-ordination with the Directorate General of Fisheries Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, has secured a 500 square-feet fully built-up space for the Omani Pavilion at the fair.
