Print This Page Aquaculture Added to Russian Development Programme
RUSSIA - Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, has announced that aquaculture will be added to Russia’s national agricultural development project, according to the Interfax news agency.
Medvedev added that loans will be offered to entities in the aquaculture sector totalling around RUR2.6 billion (US$99 million). It is understood that loans will be repayable over periods of up to eight years each.
