Vietnamese “tra” and “basa” catfish wins EU customers

At 40 booths were set up at the trade show by the Viet Nam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) and affiliated businesses to introduce local and international visitors to a variety of vietnamese seafood products, particularly “tra” and “basa” catfish. The taste sessions proved worthwhile as the organisation reports huge interest in the species from European buyers.
