Print This Page Government Plan To Help Marine Farming
NEW ZEALAND - The Government has announced plans which it says will help the growth of marine farming in New Zealand.Two million dollars will be available to regional councils for aquaculture planning.
The Fisheries Minister Jim Anderton says the government will work with industry to develop national standards for sustainable aquaculture.
