International Conference of Fishermen Opens in Vladivostok
RUSSIA - Participants of the Second International conference of fishermen, which opened yesterday in Vladivostok, will plan ways of further development of fishing.The participants of the forum will discuss issues of improvement of the state management in the sphere of fish industry, formation of the normative basis of fishing and preparation for the international forum, the organizing committee reported to RIA PrimaMedia.
Among the main topics, which will be raised at the conference, there are matters of rational and efficient use of water bioresources.
"Fish is renewable resource, but only with responsible fishery by all users preservation and renewal of it is possible. Poaching is one of the obstacles to it. It is necessary to create such conditions, with which illegal poaching will be reduced as much as possible. Just because of it consolidation of efforts of the Russian and foreign fishing community is important in solution of this problem," Igor ULEYSKIY noted.
