Cermaq ASA to acquire Arctic Seafood Holding AS

NORWAY - Norwegian aquaculture group Cermaq ASA HAS issued a brief statement that says it has agreed to acquire Arctic Seafood Holding AS for an undisclosed sum.

Arctic Seafood Holding, headquartered in Alsvag, Norway, holds nine fish farming licenses in the Nordland and Troms counties in Norway, its own smolt production business as well as a processing plant.

Cermaq, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a global fish farming and feed production group.
