Print This Page Seminar On Associativism in Fisheries Begins Monday
ANGOLA - A seminar on Women Associativism in Angola's Fisheries sponsored by the National Institutes of Artisan Fishing and of aquaculture (IPA) will start Monday in Luanda.The meeting is intended to contribute for the African countries economic and social progress, through the development of the fishery sector, in order to make it compatible with the conservation and sustainable management of fish-related resources.
The event, also considered as "Advanced promotion of associativism in the fishery sector in Africa south of Sahara" is being attended by Angola, Mozambique, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome and Cape Verde.
During the four-day seminar, the participants will assess the actual situation of associativism in each of the attending countries, and make a full comparative analysis of their situation.
