Exporters Confused by Russian Seafood Ban

VIET NAM - An official from the National Fisheries Assurance and Veterinary Directorate (Nafiquaved) said the Russian quarantine authority’s ban imposed on 1 January should now have been lifted.

Cuong said Russia’s Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control (Rosselkhoznadzor) had applied restrictions on imports from the three Vietnamese firms and 23 other companies from Argentine, China, Norway and the US.
