Fish Plant to be Opened in Aralsk
31 March 2008KAZAKHSTAN - A new fish processing plant, equipped with the most modern foreign technology is to be put into commission in Aralsk in a month. It will process about 5 000 tons of fish, Kazinform correspondent reports.
An initiative on building the plant belongs to Uzakbai Aitzhanov, local entrepreneur, president of Atameken-Holding.
The undertaking will be equipped with the South Korean facility which costs US$ 10 million.
According to the region authorities, the plant that provides production output by the European standard will also produce it for export.
