AUSTRALIA - Clean Seas Tuna will market its entire crop of yellowtail kingfish, mulloway and southern bluefin tuna through seafood marketing company Blue Harvest.
According to Adelaide's Advertiser and Sunday Mail, Clean Seas managing director Marcus Stehr said the appointment came as its stocks of kingfish and mulloway reached at least 4000 tonnes worth more than $40 million.
"The appointment of Blue Harvest is a key step in that direction." said Mr Stehr About 40 per cent of the company's kingfish was sold domestically with the rest sold overseas.
"We have now reached the critical mass which allows us to ramp up our plans to strongly market our fish and fully realise their commercial potential," he added.
The Blue Harvest sales and marketing agency works specifically with premium seafood producers in Australia and overseas.
