Shrimp Anti-Dumping Orders Reviewed
10 April 2008US - The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the anti-dumping duty orders on imports of frozen warm water shrimp from Brazil, Ecuador, India and Thailand.
The review is being carried out following the anniversary of the implementation of the orders and follows a request from the Louisiana Shrimp Association.
The Department of Commerce is now initiating administrative reviews of the orders covering 43 companies for Brazil, 81 companies for Ecuador, 336 companies for India, and 165 companies for Thailand.
