Print This Page Salmon Company Head Elected to Organic Certification Body
SCOTLAND - Michael Stark, the managing director of Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK in the Shetlands, has been elected to serve as an international delegate to a German organic standards certification body.
He will be the only UK delegate to Naturland, which promotes organic agriculture and fish farming.
Grieg Seafood Hjaltland UK based in Lerwick is the island's largest salmon producer.
Naturland works to develop organic aquaculture standards.
