Print This Page Training on Fish Processing Products
PHILIPPINES - Value-added fish products will be the centre of a two-day training session on fish processing this week at the Negros Occidental Technology and Livelihood Development Center in Bacolod City in the Philippines.
The training is run by the Department of Trade and Industry and the Association of Negros Occidental Food Processors Inc.
Trainers will discuss at technology transfer for value added fish products and there will be demonstrations and workshops on the processing of value-added products from shrimps and of value-added products from squid, tilapia and bangus.
