Print This Page Cell Aquaculture Explains its Trading Halt
AUSTRALIA - Cell Aquaculture has clarified its request for a trading halt on June 2.It said it had called the halt to clarify the situation in respect of increases in its share price and on discussions with the ASX.
It said possible explanations for the price and volume change in its securities is that funding applications for the expansion of Terengganu are further advanced and it has entered negotiations to form a JV company with ASSAR, to progress aquaculture opportunites in Sarawak.
