Print This Page Prawn Virus Found in Australia
AUSTRALIA - Asian seafood exporters have been given new ammunition in their on-going dispute with the Australian government over its bans on some prawn imports.According to Radio Australia, Australia's Chief Vet has confirmed two prawn farms in the country's north have tested positive for one of the viruses which has been banned but Canberra says it has no immediate plans to lift the ban on Asian prawns carrying the same virus.
