Operating Loss for Cape Cod Aquaculture
The company incorporated on 30 January 2008 under the laws of the State of Nevada to cultivate and sell oysters was extablished as a development stage company with no operations.
The company did not generate any revenue during the quarter ended 31 July 2008.
The higher operating loss to October compared to the quarter to Julyin was a result of higher fees for bookkeeping and professional accounting associated with the registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At 31 October 2008 the comopany said it had working capital of $950 consisting of cash on hand of $950 as compared to working capital of $8,500 at 30 April 2007, which reflected our cash position.
Net cash used in operating activities for the three months ending 31 October 2008 was $3,280 as compared to $7,550 for the six months ending 31 October 2008.
