Print This Page Fish Exports Sinking in Argentina
ARGENTINA - Argentina exported 132,847 tonnes of fish and shellfish, worth US$261 million during the last four months of the year 2008.
According to Farming UK, the figures released by the National Food Safety and Quality Service (SENASA). These are a 19.7 pc drop in volume, compared with the same period last year.
Spain remained the main market for fish exports, followed by Brazil the USA and Italy.
