Print This Page Canada to Invest in Lobsters
CANADA - The government of Canada are to announce a new investment initiative for the lobster industry.
Greg Kerr, Member of Parliament for West Nova, on behalf of Federal Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz, will be in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, on Friday, February 27, to announce a new federal investment for the Atlantic lobster industry.
Gerald Keddy, Member of Parliament for South Shore-St-Margaret’s, and Nova Scotia Provincial Minister of Health and Acadian Affairs Chris D’Entremont, will also be in attendance.
Following the announcement, MPs Kerr and Keddy and Minister D’Entremont will be available to speak to the media.
