Print This Page Tuna Farm Feasibility Discussed in Yemen
YEMEN - Minister of Fisheries Wealth Mohammed Shamlan discussed here on Tuesday with Head of the Yemen Fish Company Abdullah Boqshan the company's preparations for carrying out feasibility studies of Tuna aquaculture project in Yemen.
In the meeting, Shamlan affirmed the ministry's keenness on succeeding all investments in the fishery sector, particularly in the aquaculture field, reports YemenNewsAgency.
The Minister directed Marine Science Research Authority to cooperate with the company to accomplish its researches and surveys ending up to signing an understanding memorandum soon.
Yemen Fish Company is one of the giant investments of Saudi-based Boqshan Group whose capital amounts to $ 18 million.
