Global Business Head Aquaculture for an MNC having a turnover of over 500 million USD , with a global presence in the business of commodity distribution across 16 countries worldwide.

Basic minimum skills and experience required: Complete knowledge of Aquaculture best practices.
Hands on experience in farms, ideally experience in Tilapia, Pangasuis, cage/pond culture and hatchery.

1. Analysis of various on going projects globally.
2. Planning of projects, globally, business plans, risk mitigation.
3. Interaction all Govt agencies for project implementation, subsidies, grants, finance etc.
4. Profit Center Head.
5. Growth Metrics.
6. Process Orientation.
7. Resource Management.
8. Business Acumen.
9. Keep abreast of Global developments in the industry and opportunities available globally.
10. MIS – generation and analysis.
11. Financial reports.
12. Statutory compliances.
13. Budget preparations.
