for an Eco friendly aquaculture business (subsidiary of a main board listed co.) providing a full range of integrated services for the development of a high technology, viable and sustainable land based aquaculture business including project and construction management services, equipment supply, construction services & start up and testing services of Eco friendly Fish Farms, Hatcheries and Nurseries, Fish Feed business and development of Aquaculture Parks.

==> Experience in successful business start up and track record
==> Interest & passion in the aquaculture industry
==> Good leadership, able to multitask and hands-on
==> Good with figures and can prepare/present business proposal & plans
==> Focus on sales & marketing
