Bursaries

Fifteen CSC Scholarships for MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture

Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships offer the opportunity to study for a UK Master's degree while living and working in your home country.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Commonwealth citizens of a developing Commonwealth country, refugees or British protected persons AND be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country. For a country list please visit the CSC website

Applicants must hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard. A lower qualification and sufficient relevant experience may be considered in certain cases.

Further Information

The scholarship is valid for the duration of the two year course and covers the full tuition fee for successful applicants.

SFC Scholarships for MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture

The University of St Andrews is pleased to offer six scholarships funded by the SFC (Scottish Funding Council) for study on the Postgraduate Diploma/MSc in Sustainable Aquaculture.

Eligibility

Domiciled (ordinary residence) in Scotland, or EU country, other than UK.

Applicants must hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard. A lower qualification and sufficient relevant experience may be considered in certain cases.

Further Information

SFC scholarships of £7,500 will be available to students from Scotland or non-UK EU countries.

In addition the University of St Andrews and TheFishSite is offering a bursary of £5,950 towards the course fees, providing a reduction in fees of 70% for the successful applicants.
